Gruppo Sintesi is present all over the national territory. As a specialists Team supported by some technological leaders (ex. Microsoft, Cisco), it proposes a variety of services from project, implementation and maintenance of Unified Communication Architecture to consulting and development of applications for the Business Intelligence and the Business Process Management. The latter, according to the main methodological standards (Cobit and ITIL in particular), allow the ICT department to answer the growing requirements of the Top Management for what concerns managing and sharing of information according to the established process flows, more than accomplish the laws in force (D.L.G. 196/03) on security, privacy and data protection.

Thanks to the effort of about forty among employees and collaborators a daily support on networking technologies, security, data centre and content management is granted to the more than 150 Customers.

A web of partners on the territory is coordinated by the Contact Centre in Turin. It is able to grant intervention delays on about 500 logistic and productive sites according to SLA fixed on the Customer’s needs.
